At Hateefy, we want you to be informed at every step of your order’s journey. Below is a guide on how to track your handcrafted wooden decor from our workshop to your home.
Where can I find my Tracking ID?
Via Email: As soon as your order is dispatched, a unique Tracking ID will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Post-Inspection Alert: Please note that this email is sent only after our team has completed a final quality inspection of your wooden candlesticks. We ensure every piece is perfectly finished and securely cushioned before it leaves our facility.
Shipment Milestones
Fulfillment Window: Because we operate on a “Ready-to-Ship” basis, most orders are processed and handed to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) within 1–2 business days.
Activation Period: Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. During this window, your status may appear as “Label Created” or “Pending.”
International Transparency (DDP): For our global customers, Hateefy handles all import duties and taxes in advance. If your package shows a brief pause at customs, this is a standard procedure; no action or additional payment is required on your part.
Troubleshooting Tips
Missing Emails: If you haven’t seen a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please check your Spam or Promotions folders, as automated emails are occasionally filtered there.
Stalled Tracking: If your tracking status has not moved for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us immediately at support@hateefy.com. We will contact the logistics provider directly to locate your package and ensure its safe arrival.
